ALL CAMPERS: Volleyball shoes, knee pads, spandex/shorts, socks, t-shirts, water bottle, money for snacks and camp store.We will have Bearcat Volleyball apparel at our camp store!
RESIDENT CAMPERS: Towels, bedding, bathroom items, bedding and pillows, snacks and money.
If you can only attend part of a camp, please contact Nick Sepulveda at nwbearcatvolleyball@gmail.com to check on any rates.
All gyms and dorms have air conditioning.
Up to 30 days prior to 9 a.m. of your session’s check-in day, you can withdraw for any reason and receive 100% refund of tuition after the deducted $30 non-refundable registration fee. 11-29 days prior to 9 a.m. of your session check-in day = 75% refund of tuition after the deducted $30 non-refundable deposit. 10 days prior to 9 a.m. of your session check-in day through check-out day, no refunds will be given. At any time, refunds due to injury/illness or certain emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis with written documentation of the nature of the injury/illness or emergency provided. We provide the services of camp expecting each enrollee to attend. If you must withdraw, please email Nick Sepulveda at nwbearcatvolleyball@gmail.com for an appropriate written record of the request.
Team camp registration refunds are not refundable.
Absolutely! We encourage all parents or guardians to watch throughout the camp.The last session of each camp includes competitive play and awards ceremonies. There is limited seating available.You may bring in a folding chair at your own discretion.
Yes. There will be a certified trainer at all sessions.
You may walk in and register the day of camp pending current camper numbers. If the camp is full, you will not be allowed to register at that time. In order to guarantee your spot at camp, please register online or mail in your registration form.
Yes. You both need to request each other on your registration form. All rooms are double occupancy. You may request to have multiple rooms closer to each other; however, we cannot guarantee this due to room availability.
For Elite and All-Skills Camp, residents will receive all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Commuters will receive only lunches and dinners. Team Camp campers will receive lunch and dinner. Mini Cat campers will only be provided lunches.
We provide chaperones in the dorms for All-Skills and Elite camp. We ask the coaches or team representatives to stay with your team for Team Camp.
For all lost keys, there is a $75 fee. Please keep track of your room key!
Our trainers will hold and distribute any medications to campers. The medication MUST be in its original package containing the name of the patient. Trainers are NOT allowed to distribute non-prescription medication (i.e. aspirin or ibuprofen).
We provide camp t-shirts to all participants.
We accept check or cash for all walk in registrations.
